Don is passionate about the consumer discretionary space having enjoyed decades of success within the segment as a senior operational leader, a successful founder and long-term committed equity partner.
His business experience spans decades involving several start-ups, integrating a large volume of M&A transactions, directing and leading private label product supply chains, planning and navigating multiple expansion phases, in all economic cycles. Don places a keen emphasis on quality products, servant leadership and support of the team. He is an avid boater with an array of different watercraft on the ocean and on the freshwater lakes he enjoys so much.
Professionally, Don believes the marine industry is positioned to benefit from continued efficiency, additional focus on consumer needs and improved supply of higher quality products. He’d like to see increased attention paid towards financial and training support at the dealer level to deliver an overall better experience from start to finish. His goal is to continue contributing to the enjoyment of the great outdoors with his involvement in the Marine industry in this way.
After graduating from St Bonaventure University Matt went directly into the outdoor recreation space within the RV industry. His entire career has been focused on Business Development as well as Team Training & Support. He also played a key role in launching successful new private label products within the space.

His approach has helped his team reach industry leading customer loyalty levels and record Compounded Annual Growth Rates.
Matt & his two son’s love to fish and undoubtably favor a nice big center console above any other transportation form on the planet.
